SuperCollectors, S.L. is an online and Brick & Mortar shop based in Barcelona (Spain) since 2015, specialized in Sports Trading Cards like NBA, Football (Soccer), NFL, Formula 1, MLB, UFC, WWE other licenses like Star Wars, Stranger Things, Game of Thrones, Marvel, and also TCG like Pokémon, Dragon Ball, One Piece, Riftbound and Disney Lorcana.
Our mission is very clear:
To offer quality products to European trading card collectors at competitive prices, helping to promote the Hobby in Spain and around Europe, while providing the best user experience.
We are also collectors with more than 20 years of experience in the sector and we work directly with companies like Topps, Panini America, Upper Deck, Daka, Futera, Ultimate Guard, Ultra PRO and/or through their official distributors. Thanks to our knowledge of the market and the close relationships established with the main actors of the sector, we are able to set major goals, like being the leader and shop of reference in Spain and one of the best in Europe.

We don’t ship outside of Europe.
Once your order has been shipped out you will receive 2 emails, one with the notification «Your order is Complete«, and another one with the tracking details. Please check your spam folder in case you haven’t received them.
REFUND / RETURN POLICY / OTHERS
There are 14 days (since the purchasing date) from the purchasing date to ask for a return, in this case the shipping costs will be on customer’s responsability, once the package has returned to our office and product inspection has been done, we will issue a refund discounting the original shipping costs. Products have to be returned in perfect conditions and with their original packaging.
In case of product damage during the shipping process or mistake form our part, you have 2 days since the arrival to notify the error or damage.
Our company is not responsible for any products. If a product doesn’t contain what’s advertised inside the box, e.g. missing a hit, a claim should be opened directly to the producer.
In many cases the website limits the quantity to be purchased of the same article to allow as much as different customers the access to the product. Multiple purchases made by the same customer, user or IP, of the same product will directly be cancelled and refunded.
